. Although people’s eating behavior have not changed, their eating pattern and lifestyles have changed significantly during the pandemic. Most people choose food for consumption more carefully by considering health benefits and taste. Therefore, this is the future food direction for developing food products  and business based on the world’s mega Trends. Here are the 10 future food trends that will create opportunities for entrepreneurs in the food industry and food businesses for further development in term of products, services, and creating new eating experiences.

1.Immunity Balance. It is an eating way to balance the body, especially those at rish having an immature immune system, such as children, the elderly, and the sick. The important thing is to create a long-term  and correct “ immunity balance” that can be achieve in several ways, such as supplementary probiotic food, using personalized nutrition.

2.Personalized Nutrition. Personal nutrition is widely applicable and more quickly, bringing a new opportunities for food business sectors.

3.Well-Mental Eating. A good diet can improve your mood, reduce anxiety and depression, eating well can reduce free radical damage or boost neurotransmitter function

4.Elderly Food. There is an opportunity to develop products or related business that help solve the eating problems of the elderly such as swallowing, chewing
